Megastar Chiranjeevi is going to celebrate his birthday today on 22nd August. On this occasion, Chiranjeevi made special request to the fans as the actor asked them to plant three saplings to support the Green India Challenge. Chiranjeevi is turning 66 on 22nd August.
Sye Raa narasimha Reddy fame actor took to his twitter and said, ”We all owe it to Mother Nature. To fight climate change and air pollution, let’s plant saplings and grow trees. This year, I urge all my loving fans to plant three saplings on my birthday to show your love and tag #HaraHaiTohBharaHai to support the GreenIndia Challenge campaign.”
MP Santosh Kumar who initiated Green India Challenge, thanked to Khaidi No 150 fame Chiranjeevi and also sent the birthday wishes, as he said, “Happy birthday megastar! It’s such a righteous thought of yours on your birthday sir. Am sure your prudent act of planting three saplings and requesting your huge fan base to do the same would draw accolades across all film industries of country and help making nature more lovely.”
On the work side, the makers will unveil the release date of social message oriented movie Acharya, which is directed by Koratala Siva. Apart from Acharya, Chiru will be next seen in Meher Ramesh, Mohan Raja and Bobby directorial venture.
