Mega fans are on the ninth cloud. At a recent event with celebrating Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’s success, Megastar Chiranjeevi announced that very soon, the fans can expect an announcement about a multi-starrer featuring him and Ram Charan. Though Chiru did not speak much about this project but everyone is expecting that Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi may share the screen space in Telugu remake of Lucifer.
We have already reported that during an event Chiranjeevi himself has confirmed that Ram Charan has officially bought the remake rights of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Malayalam directorial venture Lucifer starring Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in the lead. The movie was written by Murali Gopy in which Mohanlal is playing a politician named Stephen Nedumballi. Apart from Mohanlal, the film also has Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith, and Vivek Oberoi in important roles.
Lucifer is set against the backdrop of a family crisis during a volatile political situation in Kerala, which was arrived at the theaters earlier this year and went on to earn a whopping Rs 200 cr at the worldwide box office.
Let’s wait for the official announcement regarding Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi’s multi starrer. In the past, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan had shared screen space for a couple of movies like Bruce Lee.
