Now according to the latest update Goa police have filed a charge sheet against Poonam Pandey and her estranged husband Sam Bombay in connection with a case of shooting an obscene video in Goa in 2020. The charge sheet was filed last week before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Canacona, under various sections pertaining to obscenity and circulation of the obscene video.

Poonam and Sam Bobay tied the knot in Mumbai in September 2020. Before their wedding, Poonam and Sam dated for three years. She separated from Sam Bombay in 2021. He was arrested by the Mumbai police after she accused him of physically assaulting her. The actress was also hospitalised as she has suffered head, eye and face injuries.
On the work front, Poonam Pandey who is known to be one of the most controversial actresses in the Indian film industry, was last seen in the Hindi movie The Journey of Karma starring Shakti Kapoor, directed by Jagbir Dahiya and written by Rupesh Paul. She was one of the contestants of Lock Upp.
