Akkineni Nagarjuna is one of the most handsome and talented actor of South Indian Industry. Thanks to his charming personality and awesome screen presence. Nagarjuna has been the part of several hit movies. Few years ago he appeared in Lakshmi Manchu’s chat show and opened up about his personal life. Nagarjuna accepted that he is corrupt person and indulged in illicit activities. He also admitted that he is short tempered.
Nagarjuna said, “I am a corrupt person and I have paid bribes and indulged in other illicit activities.” He added, “Some kind of corruption is creeping into my life like paying bribe. I hate it but I have no choice.”
When Nagarjuna was asked about the corruption in Telugu Film Industry, he said, “The corruption in the film industry is small scale when compared to the outside world.“ He added, “if a movie is not good nobody will watch it even if they are paid money/bribes to do so. Nagarjuna, however, added that sometimes producers might pay bribes to get a particular hero’s dates.”
Nagarjuna started acting as a child artist in the 1967 Telugu film Sudigundalu, which was directed by veteran Adurthi Subbarao. He appeared as infant in movie Velugu Needalu penned by Sri Sri. In both the movies, Akkineni Nageswara Rao played the lead role. He was last seen in multistarrer Devdas in which he was seen with Natural Star Nani.
Currently Nagarjuna is waiting for the release of his upcoming big budget Hindi movie Brahmastra in which Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are playing the lead roles. Nagarjuna is all set to start the work on Manmadhudu 2.
