On  Wednesday  Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan moved the Bombay High Court after a special court under the Narcotics Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act rejected his bail in the case of the busting of a drug racket on a cruise on 2nd October. Denying bail to Aryan Khan, a special NDPS court said that since Arbaaz Merchant, who was with Aryan Khan, was found with contraband and Aryan knew about it, this amounted to conscious possession.

As  special NDPS Court had rejected Aryan Khan’ bail application following which Aryan’s legal team moved Bombay High Court.

A magistrate court in Mumbai has extended the judicial custody of Shah Rukh’ son Aryan Khan and 7 others accused in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case till 30th October.

Today NCB officials were spotted at Shah Rukh Khan’s residence in Mumbai. Officers of the investigating agency were seen arriving at the residence, Mannat at Bandstand, Bandra with some documents in their hands.

On the otherside, Shah Rukh Khan visited the Arthur Road Jail on Thursday morning to meet his son Aryan, who has been in custody in a drugs case filed by the Narcotics Control Bureau- NCB.  This is the first time Shah Rukh has been seen in public after Aryan Khan’ arrest in drug case.

Bollywood actress Ananya Panday and her father Chunky Panday  also reached the anti-drug agency’s office  today following summons for questioning in the cruise ship drug raid case.
