It is known that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently working for an action drama Custody which marks his maiden collaboration with filmmaker Venkat Prabhu. The first look poster and title were unveiled in the month of November that raised the curiosity among the movie lovers. The film will see Naga Chaitanya play a police constable. Custody will also be simultaneously released in Tamil, marking it his first bilingual release. Today on the occasion of new year, the makers of Custody released a glimpse.
The glimpse of Custody is intriguing. No-dialogue teaser hinted that the upcoming movie is going to be a powerful action drama. The teaser starts with a gripping background score and aerial shots. The reversed cars blast and later Naga Chaitanya gets into action, and beats the villains.
Krithi Shetty is playing the female lead and the love interest of Naga Chaitanya. Sampath Raj, Vennela Kishore, Arvind Swami, Priyamani, Sharat Kumar, Premgi Amaren, Premi Vishwanath and others are playing supporting roles.
This powerful action drama is bankrolled by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are rendering the tune for the film. The movie Custody is going to hit the silver screens on May 12, 2023.
