The actor and producer Arun Kumar, the son of legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao has been arrested by the Banjara Hills Police on the grounds of rash driving.
Once again Arun Kumar is in the news headlines and reasons behind his drunk and drive case. According to the latest report, Dasari Narayana Rao ‘ son was taken into custody by the police after he was found violating the rules.
According to the police he hit two two-wheelers during the early hours of Thursday, the issue was taken to the notice of the Banjara Hills Police. So they arrested Arun Kumar.
Banjara Hills Police filed a case against Dasari Arun Kumar under the Drunk and Drive grounds under sections 185 & 336. It is being heard that he was under alcohol abuse. Police seized his car and the investigation is on. It is being heard that the four other vehicles were destroyed along with his vehicle, the complainant said.
The police have registered cases against Arun Kumar under Sections 279, 336, Motor Vehicles Act as well as Drunk and Drive cases.
The police sent Arun Kumar’s samples for testing and the reports confirmed that he was under the influence of alcohol while driving the car. Based on this, he was sent to remand.
