The Telugu action drama Ragada starring King Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty has completed 10 years at the box office as the movie was released on 24th December 2010. The film Ragada was directed by Veeru Potla and bankrolled by D Siva Prasad Reddy. It also has Priyamani in lead roles, and the music was scored by S Thaman.
The film Ragada revolves around Satya Reddy (Nagarjuna), a village rowdy who arrives in the city to earn money and participates in a fight between two rivals that brings him to their attention. It was dubbed into Tamil as Vambu whereas the Hindi dubbed version under the original title was also released the same year by the Aditya Music. Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty starrer Ragada collected Rs 8.48 Cr in the opening week and the total collections in the 4th week amounted to Rs 15.27 Cr whereas the total collections including the overseas gross were equal to Rs 17.15 Cr.
