Deepika Padukone who has delivered number of blockbuster movies in her filmy career is in the talk for Prabhas starrer upcoming film, which will be helmed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame. It is known news that Deepika Padukone made her debut in South Indian film industry with Kochadaiyaan, which was dud at the box office. Though her previous two offerings Zero and Chhapaak were ended up commercially flop but she is still in demand.
Nag Ashwin is planning to rope Deepika Padukone in his upcoming science fiction directorial venture to play the female lead which has Prabhas. But Deepika Padukone is demanding a fatty pay cheque to share the screen space with Prabhas, which is giving shock Ashwini Dutt.
The upcoming untitled film on Prabhas and Nag Ashwin will be produced by veteran producer Aswini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies. It is expected that the regular shoot of this big budget drama will be commenced from next year.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be seen in upcoming film 83 directed by Kabir Khan and jointly bankrolled by Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Phantom Films, Deepika Padukone and Sajid Nadiadwala. In this film, she is playing the role of Romi Dev, the wife of Kapil Dev.
