Icon Star Allu Arjun is waiting for the release of his upcoming film Pushpa. Helmed by Rangasthalam fame Sukumar, the film is based on the lives of red sandalwood smugglers. Pushpa, which also stars Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, will release in theatres on 13th August. The makers of Pushpa have already confirmed that the movie will be released in two parts. However, there will be a gap between the release of the two parts and Bunny is using the same to do another film. The producer Bunny Vas who is very close to Allu Arjun, officially confirmed the actor’ upcoming projects, in his latest interview with popular news daily.
Bunny Vasu said in a recent interview, “After Sukumar’ directorial venture Pushpa, Allu Arjun will work with Venu Sriram for Icon. After that, he will shoot for the second part of Pushpa.”
Allu Arjun has also given his nod for films with Boyapati Srinu and AR Murugadoss after Pushpa 2. Allu Arjun is also in the talk with Koratala Siva of Janatha Garage fame for a film. There’s also speculation that Icon star is in talks with KGF: Chapter 1 and Salaar fame director Prashanth Neel, but that is yet to be announced officially. It means Allu Arjun will be busy for the next three to four years with these 6 projects.
