· Performance
· Comedy
· Songs
Minus Points:
· Few illogical scenes
· Climax
Performance: It’s good to see Ravi Teja in a stylish action avatar. There are so many facets to his character. He is completely energetic in the film. The dual shades variations are predictable. He will be liked by everybody in this film because he has put in conscious effort to make a difference. It’s a feast for Ravi Teja’ fans. Sree Leela is entertaining in the movie. She looks good in a limited role. She is attractive in massy songs. Sachin Khedekar, Rao Ramesh, Jayaram, Tanikella Bharani, Sita, P Pavitra Lokesh, Sameer, Praveen, Hyper Adi, and other veteran actors justify their roles.
Technical: The story of Dhamaka is routine but the director Trinadha Rao Nakkina managed to impress the audience to some extent with a new treatment. Apart from some flaws in the movie, the whole movie is enjoyable. The music provided by Bheems Cicerolio is a plus for the movie. The Jinthaak, and the conductor’s song in the second half are good. He provides much needed impetus with BGM and breathes energy into many scenes in the film. Cinematography is pleasing to the eye. The production values are good.
Analysis: Overall Dhamaka is a typical commercial entertainer. Plus points of the film are Ravi Teja’ performance, Bheems Cicerolio’ music and commercial elements. There are a few illogical scenes here and there in the movie and the climax is weak. You may watch it!
