National award winning Tamil star Dhanush has achieved a rare milestone on social media sites- Twitter. Currently he is the most followed South celeb on the micro-blogging site. According to the latest update, Dhanush has clocked the 10 million followers mark on Twitter. With this, Tamil actor Dhanush became the first Tamil star to pull off this feat on Twitter.
Dhanush, the son in law of Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth has made a mark in the Tamil film industry, and with the Hindi film Raanjhanaa, he garnered fans across the country. Though his second Hindi film didn’t fare well at the box office, he was praised for his performance with the megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B. Maari actor not only scores with his performance but has also won hearts for his voice. His Wunderbar Films have produced many hit movies which have received positive remarks from both audiences and critics
On the professional front, Dhanush was last seen in Jagame Thandiram, and his performance was applauded by the movie lovers.
Dhanush has number of projects in his kitty, including Netflix’s The Gray Man with Russo Brothers, Aayirathil Oruvan 2, Raksha Bandhan, Pudhu Pettai, Naane Varuven, D44 and Vaal Natchathiram which are in different production stages.
