8 out of 10  people have dental problems. There are many reasons for the  tooth decay, decay, and crookedness. But.. we can fix some of them with home tips. Earlier, ash, salt and neem sour were used to brighten the teeth. Nowadays we are using pastes which are available in the markets. But many people suffer from teeth whitening. Here is the different ways to whiten your Teeth at home-

Baking Soda: Baking soda can be used to remove the  germs and infections from the teeth. It works like bleaching. Brush the teeth with a little salt and a little baking soda, with a finger or a brush. Then rinsing with water, it will reduce dental problems and whiten the teeth.

Cloves: Clove oil contains a chemical called eugenol. Placing cloves or clove powder on the aching teeth can reduce the pain. Cloves also reduce gum inflammation.

Guava leaves: Like many tree fruits, the leaves also contain a variety of the nutrients. Guava leaves help in reducing toothache. Grind or mix some guava leaves and apply its  paste on the toothache area to reduce the pain. It is also useful for teeth whitening.

Aloe Veera gel: Aloe veera is very useful for making teeth shiny. Take a little aloe vera gel, 4 teaspoons of glycerin, a little baking soda, a cup of water, and a teaspoon of lemon essential oil and rub it on the teeth to kill the germs hidden on the teeth.
