Dil Raju is one of the ace producers and distributors in Tollywood. Currently he is busy in his production ventures- Vakeel Saab starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan and F3 starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej, Mehreen Kaur Pirzada and Tamannah Bhatia. Vakeel Saab, directed by Venu Sriram, the remake of National award winning Hindi movie Pink, is releasing on 9th April and Dil Raju is busy finalizing the deals. Dil Raju sold the digital rights of his film, Vakeel Saab, to Zee Studios for Rs 15 crores. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Dil Raju also sold the rights of his upcoming comedy movie F3 to the same Zee group.
F3 is a sequel to F2: Fun and Frustration, which was helmed by Anil Ravipudi and it was one of the biggest hits at the box office. So, Dil Raju’ production venture F3 satellite rights fetched a fancy amount and Zee bagged the rights. The exact amount of money shelled out by the Zee TV is yet to be revealed though. Currently Dil Raju is busy closing the non-theatrical businesses of all of his ongoing projects.
While F2: Fun and Frustration depicts the frustration of two young men due to their domineering wives, but the latest outing F3 is all about money.
