Disco Raja Censor report: Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja starrer upcoming film Disco Raja has completed the censor formalities. According to the latest update, the movie has been awarded U/A certificate from the censor board. Now facing all the hurdles, Disco Raja, helmed by VI Anand is gearing up for grand release on 24th January 2020.
According to the director VI Anand, “The story of Disco Raja is set in the 80s. Ravi Teja plays a gangster who loves disco music, is a fan of Mithun Chakraborty, and is full of attitude and swag. The crazy character gels with Ravi Teja’ body language and the energetic roles that he usually plays.”
National Award-winning actor Bobby Simha is playing the main antagonist in Disco Raja. It also marks the comeback of Ravi Teja to the big screen after a gap of over a year. Abburi Ravi penned the dialogues for the film Disco Raja for which SS Thaman is scoring the music.
There are three heroines in Disco Raja. Tanya Hope plays a scientist in a ‘re-live’ lab, a neurologist and scientist along with Sishir Sharma and Vennela Kishore. Nabha Natesh is essaying the hero’s current lover, a typical Delhi girl, vibrant and energetic. Payal Rajput plays Helen, she is the retro interest.
