Nikhil Siddharth tied the knot on 14th May 2020 with his longtime girlfriend Dr Pallavi Sharma in a private wedding ceremony. He had earlier planned a grand wedding on April 15 and 16, but decided to postpone the festivities with a close-knit affair due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown across the country. There have been rumors that all was not well between Nikhil Siddharth and his wife Pallavi, who is a doctor by profession. The actor tight lipped about the gossip and he put an end to the rumors now by posting a selfie with his beloved wife Pallavi Varma.
Nikhil came forward and busted his divorce rumor in his own style and hinted that everything is going well between them. The young couple are on a small vacation to Goa.
