Drishyam 2 movie Box office collections: Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer Drishyam 2 which was released on 18th November, won the hearts of the movie lovers. The movie has been impressing the audience. The film benefits from the popularity of its first part. The crime thriller saga which also stars Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta and Akshay Khanna was released amidst much anticipation. Now according to the latest report, Drishyam 2 has crossed Rs 112.66 Cr at the India box office after the successful rune of 8 days.
Drishyam 2 earned around Rs 8 crore nett on its 8th day, witnessing a drop of only ten percent. This drop is due to loss in screen count as Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon starrer Bhediya which was released on Friday. Drishyam 2’ also features Tabu, Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, and Ishita Dutta.
Hence, Ajay Devgn starrer managed to mint a total of Rs 112.66 crore at the domestic ticket windows.
Drishyam 2 surpassed the opening weekend collections of hit Bollywood films like Gangubai Kathiawadi, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and The Kashmir Files. Ajay Devgn also has the potential of becoming one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2022.
Drishyam 2 is a sequel to Ajay Devgn’s 2015 crime thriller Drishyam, which was the Hindi remake of the Mohanlal starrer Malayalam movie of the same name.
