 The Dry fruits are rich in nutrients. That is the main reason why health experts recommend eating dry fruits. There are many types of dry fruits. Taking cashews, almonds, pistachios and walnuts together gives all the nutrition together.

Cashew – Cashew is rich in fat, minerals, calcium,  vitamins and proteins. It  is good for heart. Eating this keeps blood circulation right. The antioxidants found in Cashew increase the immunity of the body.

Almonds- Soak  the almonds in the night and peel them in the morning. Its peel contains tannin which is harmful for the health. Eating almonds improves the  memory. Proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals are found in sufficient quantity in it, which protects the body from many diseases.  It is also rich in calcium, vitamin-E, B-6, niacin, thiamin, folate and pantothenic acid. Apart from this, it also has many minerals like manganese, magnesium, copper, iron, phosphorus, zinc and potassium. Almond helps in controlling blood sugar. It contains a lot of fiber, which is helpful in relieving constipation.

Walnut- Walnut contains nutrients like potassium, calcium,  phosphorus, manganese, copper, magnesium. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in sufficient quantity in walnuts, that keeps the heart healthy. Walnut is helpful in preventing  the asthma, controlling cholesterol and increasing the body’s immunity.
