Hanu Raghavapudi is a talented director, there is no doubt in that. He has mesmerized the audience with his taking in his debut movie Andaala Rakshasi. The movie, however, didn’t go well with the audience.
His second movie Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gaadha which starred Nani has done well. Post that movie, he has done Lie and Padi Padi Leche Manasu. Both of them bit the dust at the box office.
However, Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salman believed this talented director. Ashwini Dutt daughters, Swapna and Priyanka came forward to produce this movie. These two have bonded with Dulquer for Mahanati.
Actually, this project was supposed to get launched by the end of this year. With the latest situations taken into consideration, Dulquer has decided to put this project on hold. He wants to finish his Malayalam and Tamil movie commitments first.
