Akhil Akkineni is currently working with Pooja Hegde for a romantic movie Most Eligible Bachelor, which is slated to hit the theaters on 19th June. As Akhil’ previous offerings- Akhil: The Power Of Jua, Hello and Mr Majnu were disasters at the box office, he is pinning a lot of hopes on Most Eligible Bachelor.
Now Akhil will have to face a tough fight with Puri Jagannadh’ production venture Romantic in which the director’ son Akash Puri is playing the lead role. Romantic starring Akash Puri and Ketika Sharma, who starred in the song Ammy Virk: Haaye Ve’s music video, is releasing on 18th June. It will be an interesting fight between Nagarjuna’ Son Akhil and Puri Jagannadh’ son Akash Puri as both the films are youthful entertainers.
Ramya Krishna, Makarand Deshpande and the ravishing Dhivyadharshini are also the part of Romantic which is jointly bankrolled by Puri himself in association with Charmme Kaur. Romantic is all about the story of a slum dweller who struggles to make ends meet.
On the otherside, Akhil Akkineni starrer Most eligible Bachelor is directed by Bhaskar, who also directed the movie Bangalore Naatkal, which is presented by Allu Aravind and produced by Bunny Vas and Vasu Varma on GA2 Pictures.
