Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru and Stylish Star Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapuramloo are two most-awaited big ticket Telugu movies which are slated to hit the theaters on the occasion of Sankranthi. According to the latest buzz in the film industry,Mahesh Babu‘ Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun‘ Ala Vaikunthapuramlo are said to have shuffled their release dates in a bid to avoid suffering losses at the box office.
As per the latest buzz in the film industry, Ala Vaikunthapuramloo and Sarileru Neekevvaru would reportedly hit the screens on 11th January and 13th, respectively. An official confirmation is expected to be made soon. Earlier both the movies were slated to hit the theaters on 12th January 2020.
The makers are said to believe that this readjustment of the release dates would help both the movies – Mahesh Babu & Rashmika Mandanna starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun & Pooja Hegde starrer Ala Vaikunthapuramloo reap benefits at the box office. But the people in the Telugu film industry wonder whether the two day gap will really recover the huge investments of their distributors.
Currently Allu Arjun is in Paris, and busy in the shoot of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas whereas Mahesh Babu is in Kerala for the shooting of Sarileru Neekevvaru. Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu are likely to come to Hyderabad and sit in a crucial meeting, to take a final decision on release dates of their respective movies.
Moreover two other movies like Sharwanand starrer Sreekaram and Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth starrer Darbar are also hitting during the Sankranthi. It is going to be a clash among the big budget movies at the box office.
Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru is bankrolled by AK Entertainments, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd and Sri Venkateswara Creations whereas Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is bankrolled by Allu Aravind and S Radha Krishna under their banners Geetha Arts and Haarika & Hassine Creations.
