Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently working for his upcoming movie Acharya, which is carrying a social message. The much-hyped movie Acharya is being helmed by Koratala Siva and is being bankrolled by Mega Power Star Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Productions and Matinee Entertainments. It is known news that Ram Charan is being considered to play a crucial role in his father megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Acharya. Even though Ram Charan was supposed to begin shooting for his part in summer, the lockdown had disrupted all the plans.
Now the latest buzz is that Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva will soon take a call on whether or not to wait for Ram Charan until he wraps up Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial venture RRR, which has also been postponed indefinitely due to the lockdown. If things do not go as expected, Koratala Siva may even approach a new actor as Ram Charan’s replacement.
The clarity regarding Ram Charan’s participation in the film may emerge in a couple of weeks. Acharya has Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is playing the role of a freedom fighter Alluri Seetharamaraju in RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya. Alia Bhatt is on the board to romance Ram Charan in this big-budget entertainer.
