Today on the occasion of Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna’ birthday, the makers of her upcoming movie Dear Comrade have released the first look poster of the actress. Rashmika Mandanna is playing the role of a cricketer in the movie and coming on the poster, she is seen as batswoman. Rashmika is holding a bat in her hand in the first look and is looking serious. Along with the poster, the first song announcement is also made, which will be out on 8th April 2019 at 11:11 am.
Sending her birthday greetings, Vijay Deverakonda shared the video with the caption, “#HappyBirthdayDearLily” addressing to her role in the movie.
Rashmika Mandanna replied to Vijay Deverakonda,” What the hell were you guys thinking.. you guys gave my fans a round of heart attack man..Jesus.. @bharatkamma comrade… @MythriOfficial I can’t believe you guys agreed to this.”
Vijay Deverakonda again wrote on Twitter, “Dear Lilly, We were just kidding, don’t be upset with us. You are the joy of our set, you make us tear up with your performance and smile through the day. ‘Dear Comrade‘ is written and directed by Bharat Kamma. And the film has the music by Justin Prabhakaran and this is his debut musical in Telugu.
Earlier both Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have worked together for romantic and comedy entertainer Geetha Govindam and now once again they are coming up with Dear Comrade, which is arriving at the theaters on 31st May 2019.
‘Dear Comrade’ is a college backdrop drama with student politics in which Vijay Deverakonda is playing the lead role and will be seen playing the role of student leader. It is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Apart from Dear Comrade, Rashmika Mandanna will also be seen in Bheeshma.
