Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, who is popular for delivering commercially flop movies, has been roped in an upcoming movie, based on the biopic of Tiger Nageswara Rao. According to the latest update, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas will be seen playing the role of a thief.
Earlier Rana Daggubati was on the board to play the role of Tiger Nageswara Rao but now he has walked out from this upcoming film due to unknown reasons and the makers have roped Bellakonda Sai Srinivas. Vamsi Krishna of ‘Dongata’ and ‘Kittu Unnadu Jagratha’ fame is going to helm this film. He has prepared a script based on Tiger Nageswara Rao’s life story and producer Abhishek Agarwal is going to bankroll the movie.
Ballamkonda Sai Srinivas will be seen playing the role of notorious Stuartpuram robber in this biopic. While society knows Nageswara Rao only as a thief, there seems to be a lot more to him as he is apparently viewed as the Robin Hood of the poor. The film will showcase the humane side of Nageswara Rao. The team is planning to wrap up the entire shoot of Tiger Nageswara Rao within just 2 months. Vamsi Krishna, is a well-known director, and he has won the prestigious Nandi award for Best Story Writer for Govindudu Andarivadele in 2014.
Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, the son of producer Bellamkonda Suresh, made his debut with Alludu Seenu in 2014, directed by VV Vinayak and he was last seen in action drama Kavacham, which has ended up as a disaster at the box office. Currently he is busy in upcoming movie Sita, in the direction of Teja in which Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead. After wrapping up this project, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas might kickstart the shooting of this upcoming biopic. The official announcement is expected to come out very soon.
