* Healthy diet

Initially, healthy diet is the most important step to get rid of heart risks. Avoid eating oily, processed, fatty foods that can lead to plaque buildup in the arteries, leading to a stroke or a heart attack. Healthy foods like green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, collard greens, whole grain, avocados, fatty fishes are good for heart by providing good nutrients to it. 

*Physical activeness
