Due to its thickening, the heart cannot pump blood and then it leads to rapid heart beats. To control this terrible act, one should follow a healthy lifestyle with the steps given below.

* Healthy diet

Initially, healthy diet is the most important step to get rid of heart risks. Avoid eating oily, processed, fatty foods that can lead to plaque buildup in the arteries, leading to a stroke or a heart attack. Healthy foods like green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, collard greens, whole grain, avocados, fatty fishes are good for heart by providing good nutrients to it. 

*Physical activeness

*Avoid smoking and drinking

These unhealthy habits could ruin heart tissues before symptoms appear. Too much alcohol intake can increase the risk of heart failure, high blood pressure, heat attack, arrhythmias, stroke and death. Smoking cigarettes can permanently damage heart and blood vessels.
