DG of Tihar Jail said that Former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain is lodged in jail number-7. Today morning at 6 o’clock he had fallen in the bathroom.
Former Delhi Health Minister Satyender Jain, who was arrested on charges of money laundering, has been hospitalized due to illness. Satyender Jain fainted in the washroom of Tihar Jail at 6 am this morning. Jail staff were immediately alerted and the former minister was admitted to Delhi’s Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. This is the second time in a week that AAP leader has been hospitalized due to illness.
The DG of Tihar Jail said that Satyender Jain has been shifted to the hospital and the doctors will conduct tests on the spot. He also said that he has to undergo surgery on his spine. Another officer said Jain was kept under observation as he was weak. Meanwhile, AAP sources recently said that Jain has lost 35 kg since his arrest. Photos of him looking weak and frail have gone viral recently.
Some time ago, Satyendar Jain had complained that he was feeling sad and lonely. After this, the Tihar Jail Administration had said that it would take the help of the psychologist and if necessary, the necessary treatment would be provided to AAP leader.
