Gali Janardhan Reddy, the well-known name which has sounded almost all the boundaries of the country with his illegal mining and ACB rides case happened way back in 2012. Now, there is a churning update which will enthrall you.
The update is that Gali Janardhan Reddy has appeared in Hyderabad and met the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials which holds all the illegal cases of Gali. It was known that Gali had the discussion with ED around eight hours and asked the officials to return his properties that cost a whopping Rs 1000 crores.
Earlier, the High Court has ordered the ED to return his attached properties in the illegal mining case. Onto this ED moved to Supreme Court but SC has refused to give stay on the High Court’s order. Upon receiving no response from the ED seems to be irked Gali which made him reach the steps ED.
Speaking to the media Gali said, he is trying his extreme best to get back his assets and added saying, “They asked me a few questions and I gave them the required clarifications too. If they don’t return, I will file Contempt of Court case against ED. But there is still time”.
