Natural Star Nani and Priyanka Arul Mohan starrer upcoming action romantic revenge drama Gang Leader has landed in trouble. But the trouble is not from mega fans but actually, another small-time producer has registered the title ‘Gang Leader’ in Film Chamber of commerce over the rights of the title. The producer reportedly registered the title much before Mythri Movie Makers, the producers of Nani and Vikram Kumar’s movie. And now the makers of Gang Leader are planning to change the title of the film.
However, Nani and Gang Leader team confirmed that they took permission from Megastar Chiranjeevi. The sources say that the producer has refused to give the title Gang Leader to Nani and Mythri Movie Makers.
Now Mythri Movie Makers have registered the title Nani’s Gang Leader at Film Chamber. Now all the poster of Nani starrer will have tag Nani’s’ before the words Gang Leader. The movie is directed by Vikram K Kumar and is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravishankar, Mohan under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. Anirudh Ravichander in rendering the tune.
Earlier, the makers were planning to release Nani’s Gang Leader worldwide on 30th August. However, the latest buzz is that it will be postponed to avoid the box office clash with most-awaited big budget action and romantic entertainer Saaho, in which Rebel star Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor are playing the lead roles.
