Rekha, the daughter of Gemini Ganesan and Pushpavalli, attended the Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018. Rekha and Zeenat Aman, stole a moment form the media glare with a show of love and later posed for the shutterbugs at the red carpet event. Several celebrities from Bollywood graced the Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018. The awards which will have Madhuri Dixit dancing to several tunes by Rekha and Helen to Dhadak duo Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter dancing on the stage, the awards also brings all the entertainment.
Adah Sharma, Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Alia Bhatt, Kajol, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Swara Bhasker, and many others appeared at the star-studded event.
Rekha wore a silver Kanjeevaram saree with golden border and a pair of chandbalis, posed willingly for the cameras with her friend and actress Zeenat Aman. Both the retro beauties stole a moment of love as they greeted each other with a warm kiss. Rekha tied her long locks in a long plait. Talking about Zeenat Aman, the veteran actress looked pretty in a black and blue gown with trumpet sleeves.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked fiery hot in her sequin gown, Raazi actress Alia Bhatt looked a dream in her white of shoulder dress. Janhvi Kapoor, the loving daughter of late actress Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, also stole the show with her princess moment.
Dream Girl Hema Malini (Gauthamiputra Satakarni’s Rajamata) wore a sheer golden saree with an off-shoulder golden sequined blouse. She teamed it up with a choker necklace and dangling earrings.
On the work side, Rekha made her special appearance in the film Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se, where she was seen shaking legwith Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in the song Rafta Rafta medley. Whereas evergreen beauty Rekha played the lead role in 2014 film Super Nani, in which Sharman Joshi and Randhir Kapoor played the pivotal roles.
