Malavika Nair has been roped in upcoming much prestigious project NTR biopic, which is being made in two parts and is being helmed by National award winning director Krish, in which Nandamuri Balakrishna is reprising the role of his father, legendary actor and late chief minister of united Andhra Pradesh – Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (Sr NTR). According to the latest update Malavika Nair will be seen reprising the role of Krishna Kumari.
It is known news that the makers of NTR biopic are bringing the top actresses on the board to play the important roles. Nithya Menen is playing legendary South Indian actress Savitri and Rakul Preet Singh is playing late actress Sridevi.
The movie lovers know all about the relationship between NTR and Krishna Kumari, but it seems the makers of NTR biopic and Nandamuri Balakrishna are planning on only shooting a few songs featuring them together. The sources close to NTR biopic reveal that the makers don’t want to go into the details of the relationship between NTR and Krishna Kumari but want to shoot few scenes because they were a successful pair at that time.
Malavika Nair made her Telugu debut with Yevade Subramanyam in 2015, which was decent hit at the box office. After delivering Yevade Subramanyam, the actress came up with Kalyana Vaibhogame in 2016.
In 2017, Malavika Nair was seen in Arasiyalla Idhellam Saadharnamappa. In 2018, the talented actress delivered a blockbuster movie Mahanati, in which Keerthy Suresh played the female lead. Malavika Nair essayed the role of Gemini Ganesan’s first wife in Nag Ashwin’s directional venture.
Krishna Kumari was a leading actress and a contemporary of Savitri.
