Goodachari, the spy thriller drama in which Adivi Sesh and Shobitha Dulipala played the lead role, is running successfully at the box office. Goodachari has had a solid first weekend in the twin Telugu states and overseas. The movie has already crossed $400K marks in USA. Today morning Jeevi wrote on his Twitter, “#Goodachari hourly gross on Sunday at 10:25 pm PST is $92,276. Already crossed $400k in total. Excellent”
Goodachari is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka and produced by Abhishek Nama whereas the film has the music by Sricharan Pakala. Abhishek Nama is very happy as Goodachari is receiving appreciations from everywhere. Recently during the media interaction, Abhishek Nama said that he would continue to make more content oriented movies. He added, “The super success of Goodachari is just a testimony that people are always game to welcome concept based movies. It has also strengthened our belief in bankrolling movies that are high on content.”
On the others side, Chi La Sow starring Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma, directed by Rahul Ravindran and bankrolled by Annapurna Studios, has shown limited growth on Saturday and decent on Sunday. Till date, Chi La Sow has collected $100k at USA box office. Brand Babu was also released on 3rd August and competed with Goodachari and Chi La Sow at the box office. Though the movie received lot of applause on its opening day but has a Disastrous weekend. According to the traders report, Brand Babu has collected Rs 40 Lakhs shared at the box office of both Telugu States and turning out disaster.
