SS Rajamouli’s magnum Opus Baahubali 2: The Conclusion starring Young Rebel star Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna and others, has completed its 100-day theatrical run successfully in Japan recently. The film was released on 29th December 2017 in Japan and received superb responses by the movie lovers.
The makers took to Twitter to share a video on Twitter handle in which the audience present in theaters are seen enjoying the opening scenes of Baahubali that feature Prabhas and Ramya Krishna. The makers captioned the video, “HEYSSAAA… RUDHRASSAA… #Baahubali2 #Baahubali2inJapan Had GOOSEBUMPS all throughout while watching this video. Thank you Japan for the love you all showed for our film over 100 days of its release. Jai Maahishmati….” In this video, the audiences are seen waving their phones with lights.
Rajamouli who is on the ninth cloud, wrote on wall of Twitter, “So happy to meet all the fans and film enthusiasts who made it to the #Baahubali2 screaming screening in Tokyo, Japan last night.
The love for movies surpasses boundaries… Happy day.. :)”
Baahubali director SS Rajamouli and producer Shobu Yarlagadda were present at a screening of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in Japan yesterday and they were shocked after seeing the audience’s reaction during the screening.
It is known news that Rajamouli was recently invited by the Pakistan International Film Festival for Baahubali.
This is not the first time that Japanese audiences are welcoming an Indian film. Earlier Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth’s Muthu ran for nearly 180 days in 1998 and earned $1.6 million.
