According to the latest update, Gopichand is going to collaborate with Teja for an upcoming project. It was Teja’ directorial venture Jayam which made Gopichand a prominent name in Telugu film Industry and again they worked together for Nijam in 2013, in which Mahesh Babu played the lead role and in the both the movies Gopichand essayed the role of villain. Now it is being heard that once again both Gopichand and Teja are going to join the hands after a long gap of 16 years.
The sources say that recently Teja met Gopichand and discussed about the possibility of the project, which is an action entertainer. If Jil actor gives his nod, the official announcement will be made regarding this project.
Teja debuted as a cinematographer with Ram Gopal Varma’s 1992 bilingual film Raat, for which he won Nandi Award for Best Cinematography. As a cinematographer, he worked for several movies Baazi, Ghulam, Sangharsh, Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain, Krodh, Krishna, etc. His last directorial venture was Sita starring Kajal Aggarwal and Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, which was ended up commercially flop at the box office.
On the other-side, Gopichand is busy in his upcoming movie, which is being helmed by Thiru Subramanyam. Rumored to be a remake of Salman Khan starrer Ek Tha Tiger.
