We have already reported that officials from the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGSTI) have conducted raids on several business establishments, including those of Tollywood actress Lavanya Tripathi, for alleged tax evasion recently. The Good and Service Tax (GST) officials are searching the homes and offices for Telugu film personalities for some time now. According to the latest buzz, GST officials also raided the house of noted director Trivikram Srinivas. The sources say that Trivikram Srinivas’ house was raided by the GST officers and his accounts were checked. Apart from Trivikram Srinivas, other celebrities like writer Vakkantham Vamsi and Lavanya Tripathi’ house were also raided by GST Officials.
The offices of ‘Haarika & Hassine Creations’ and ‘Sithara Entertainments’ were searched. It is known news that both the productions houses belong to Radhakrishna, who is a very close friend of Trivikram Srinivas.
GST official conducted raid at 23 locations in Hyderabad consecutively. The raids were conducted in various sectors including the entertainment, media houses, financial services, consultancy, infra companies, and fitness centers. Reports say that GST officials searched some builders, financiers, businessmen and a few members from the film fraternity as the officials had information that they committed tax fraud by showing them duplicate papers.
It is known news that Trivikram Srinivas is one of 100 highest earners in India. Recently Forbes Indian released a list of top 100 earners of India. Trivikram Srinivas is one of them. Trivikram Srinivas got 77th rank in the Forbes 100 list. The list did not feature SS. Rajamouli, the highest paid director in Tollywood.
On the work front, Trivikram Srinivas is busy in his upcoming directorial venture Ala Vaikunthapurramloo starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooaj Hegde, which will hit the theaters on 12th January 2020. The movie is being produced under the banners of Geetha Arts and Haarika & Hassine Creation.
