Kalyanram is also going to become the part of upcoming biopic NTR– based on the life of former actor and late Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of National award winning director Krish, in which Nandamuri Balakrishna is playing the titular role. The sources say that Nandamuri Kalyanram will reprise the role of his father Harikrishna in NTR biopic. Nandamuri fans are on ninth cloud after hearing this news.
The sources close to Kalyanram say that MLA star Kalyanram is very excited to become the part of this special projects because he is going to essay the role of his father (Harikrishna) in his grandfather’s NTR biopic, and got the opportunity to share the screen space with his uncle Nandamuri Balakrishna. The official confirmation is awaited regarding it.
Nandamuri Balakrishna’s elder brother Harikrishna played very important role in Telugu Desam Party(TDP) and Krish believed that Kalyanram is one who has ability to justify with the role of Harikrishna on the screen. NTR biopic is jointly bankrolled by Balakrishna, Vishnu Induri and Sai Korrapati. Ran Daggubati, Vidya Balan, Manjima Mohan, Kaikala Satyanarayana, Prakash Raj, Ravi Kishan, Sachin Khedekar, Jisshu Sengupta, Murali Sharma, and Sumanth will be seen in Supporting roles.
During the promotional activities of his previous offering, Naa Nuvve, Kalyanram confirmed the news that director Teja, when he was still part of NTR biopic, had once asked him to play an important role in the biopic but later he never discussed about his role.
Meanwhile Kalyanram is busy in his upcoming untitled project in the direction of Cinematographer Guhan in which two actresses Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey are playing the female lead roles. In this film Kalyanram will be seen playing a journalist and it is being bankrolled by Mahesh S Koneru under the banner of East Coast Productions.
