Anushka Shetty is coming up with an upcoming thriller drama Nishabdham. Few days ago the makers released the first look poster of Nishbdham that features Anushka Shetty as mute artist Sakshi.
Anushka Shetty who grabbed several eyeballs with her look and performance in SS Rajamouli’ Baahubali in the role of Devasena, is playing a speech-challenged character in her upcoming multilingual drama Nisabdham. The film’s director, Hemant Madhukar, revealed the secret and said, “Anushka Shetty spent six months for the pre preparation of this role.”
Hemant Madhukar added, “Anushka Shetty worked hard and learnt sign language and painting to essay the role of mute artist. We had artists and sign language instructors teaching Anushka the nuances. She used to practice both- artists and sign language every day.”
Hemant Madhukar also revealed that the entire shoot of the film has been wrapped up and currently the film is in post production stage. The entire shoot of the movie is shot in US.
Madhavan is playing the lead role in Nishabdham, which also has Shalini Pandey, Srinivasa Avasarala, Subbaraju and Hollywood actor Michael Madsen, in supporting roles. The film has the music by Gopi Sunder.
Anushka Shetty and Madhavan starrer Nishabdham is jointly bankrolled by Kona Film Corporation, Cosmos Entertainment, Kiran Studios and People Media Factory.
