It is known news that upcoming film Adipurush which will be helmed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame, which will “celebrate the victory of good over evil,” will star Prabhas as the lead role named Adipurush and Saif Ali Khan as the villain Lankesh.
Om Raut’ directorial venture Adipurush is a 3D action drama that will mark Om Raut’s first movie with Baahubali and Mirchi fame Prabhas and second with Saif Ali Khan after Tanhaji. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Adipurush are planning to rope Bollywood senior actress Hema Mailini in this film and if she gives her green signal, she will essay the role of Prabhas’ mother in Om Raut’ film.
While Prabhas essays Lord Rama’s role, Hema Malini will be seen as Kaushalya in Adipurush. An official announcement regarding the inclusion of Hema Mailini in this film is awaited.
Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon will essay goddess Sita, the wife of Prabhas. Om Raut’ magnum opus Adipurush will be co-produced by Bhushan Kumar’ T-Series and Om Raut. The shooting of this big budget entertainer is expected to begin early next year. It will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and several other languages.
