Vikram and his son Dhruv are sharing screen space together through the movie ‘Mahaan’. Instead of releasing it in theatres, the filmmakers are decided to release it on Amazon Prime Video in three languages Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. The film will be arrived soon on February 10th.
This action thriller film was written and directed by Krthik Subbaraju, who is a successful director for the films like Jagame Thandhiram, Petta, Pizza and more. Dhruv made his debut with Aditya Varma, the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy.
Lalit Kumar bankrolled the film under the banner of Seven Screen Studio. The film features Vikram and and Dhruv Vikram with Vani Bhojan, Bobby Simha, Simran Sananth and Deepak Paramesh in supporting characters. Shreyas Krishna performed cinematography, edited by Vivek Harshan and the musical tunes were crooned by Santhosh Narayanan.
Though Jagame Thandhiram, had not attained success on the Netflix, and also another film Arjun Reddy’s fail at the box office, now, the director Subbaraju has to acquire good fame through his upcoming film Mahaan. Let us hope success will stand in his path.
