Greek God of Bollywood,Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are working together for an upcoming big budget Hindi movie, which is a remake of Tamil action drama Vikram vedha. On Friday, the trade analyst Taran Adarsh reported that Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan have been roped in from the Hindi remake of Tamil movie Vikram Vedha. “
The upcoming remake will mark filmmaker duo Pushkar and Gayatri’s Hindi debut in both direction and writing and it is expected to hit the theaters on 30th September next year.
The original film Vikram vedha had R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. Earlier there was a string buzz in the film industry, Aamir Khan would play the character of Vedha. However, the Aamir rejected the project for reasons best known to him, and later the makers roped in Hrithik Roshan.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the role Lankesh in Om Raut’ directorial venture Adipurush in which young Rebel star Prabhas is playing the lead role. He will also be seen in ‘Bhoot Police’ where he will be seen essaying the role of a ghostbuster. Apart from him, the movie also has Jacqueline Fernande, Arjun Kapoor and Yami Gautam.
