Hrithik Roshan to play Lord Ram in Allu Aravind Ramayana?

If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Greek god of Bollywood Hrithik Roshan will be seen playing the role of Lord Ram in upcoming big budget project Ramayana. The sources say that Allu Aravind is all set to convince Hrithik Roshan to essay the role of Lord Ram in the Rs 1500 Cr budgeted three-part Ramayana. If he gives his nod, he will be seen playing Lord Ram.

Few days ago, Mega producer Allu Aravind in association with other producers announced that he would be producing Ramayana in three parts which will be directed by Nitesh Tiwari of ‘Dangal’ fame. It has also come out the Padmaavat fame Deepika Padukone will be seen playing the role of Sita. Very soon the official announcement will be made regarding it.

Ramayana is reportedly going to be a live-action trilogy and it will be shot in 3D. The sources say that the movie will also be released in Tamil and Telugu, apart from Hindi, and will be jointly bankrolled by Allu Aravind, Namit Malhotra and Madhu Mantena.

Earlier it was heard that Mega Power Star Ram Charan will essay Lord Ram but Nitesh Tiwari is planning to bring Hrithik Roshan for the lead role Ram in Ramayana.
