Recently the Goan beauty spoke about her struggles with body shaming which started when she was just twelve years old.
‘Main Tera Hero’ fame Ileana D Cruz said, “I remember those days like it was yesterday. It’s weird as I went through body shaming right from the time I was 12. As i had just hit the puberty, I was growing up. The people were passing the comments about body and saying, ‘OMG, why is your butt so big?’ And I am like, ‘What do you mean?’.”
Barfi actress disclosed that sometime she is also receiving the harsh social media comments and messages that are critical of her appearance and body. However, she has learnt that she cannot control people’ actions but she can have a body positive mindset for herself.
In Bollywood, Ileana was last seen in Abhishek Bachchan starrer ‘The Big Bull’. Before that the actress appeared in Anees Bazmee’s ‘Pagalpanti’ which also had Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Kriti Kharbanda, Urvashi Rautela and Saurabh Shukla.
