Tollywood star Ram Charan showered praises on Hollywood industry. He said that Hollywood has the heart to embrace international films as well. It is known that Ram Charan is currently in USA  and  busy with some promotional interviews for RRR ahead of the Academy Awards 2023.  He was recently interviewed by Will Reeve on behalf of the famous ABC News. Charan made these comments while speaking on this occasion. 

Ram Charan says that they have worked hard for ‘RRR’, which is helmed by SS Rajamouli. He said that the Naatu Naatu song was shot in beautiful locations in Ukraine. Even after finishing the shoot and coming to India, he wanted to go to Ukraine again as a tourist. He said that he will be very proud as an Indian if he gets the Oscar award for Naatu Naatu song. He said that it is happy that Indian films are coming to the level of Oscar awards.

Asked about his exact reaction if Naatu Naatu bags an Oscar,  Rangasthalam fame star Ram Charan said: “I don’t think I’ll believe it. They have to wake me up and say, go and take the award. Shove me up on stage. I will be the happiest. I don’t think it will be our success, it will be the success of the Indian film industry. None of us can take this credit.”
 Ram Charan also said, “ Right now I already committed a couple of movies in India but I am looking at the projects to work on outside India as well. I want the directors here in Hollywood to explore the talented we have in the our country India. I hope we get some good calls and meeting when we go to LA for the Oscars.”

Naatu Naatu from SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture  RRR has entered the Oscars race in the Best Original Song category.  The song has become an international phenomenon. Over the last few months, several videos of western audiences seen dancing in the theatre to the song Naatu Naatu have surfaced on social media.
