He went on to act in movies such as Sahasame Jeevitham, Muvva Gopaludu, Muddula Mavayya, Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Lorry Driver, Rowdy Inspector, Peddannayya, Gauthamiputra Satakarni, Mangammagari Manavadu, Lorry Driver, Aditya 369, Bhairava Dweepam and Samarasimha Reddy.

Now according to the latest update, recently the director Santosh Srinivas narrated a story to Balakrishna and the actor has given his green signal. The upcoming untitled film of Balakrishna and Santosh Srinivas will be bankrolled by Anil Sunkara and according to the latest buzz, the movie is titled as Balaramayya Bariloke Digithe.
