They will try to shorten the overs and organize the match. The match will start at 7:30 pm as per schedule. If the match is delayed due to rain.
If the match starts before 9:45 PM then the 20 overs play will continue.
If there is still no condition to start the match, 5 overs match will be played at 11:56 PM.
If the rain still does not stop, wait till 1 am. The winner of the IPL will be decided by a Super Over at 1:20 PM weather permitting.
