Venkatesh Daggubati and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are working together for an upcoming multistarrer Venky Mama. The regular shoot of the film has been already started at a village in East Godavari. RX 100 fame Payal Rajput and Raashi Khanna are on the board to play the female leads.
Raashi Khanna has joined the cast of the multi-starrer film Venky Mama. She has herself confirmed the news by sharing the video on her official Instagram handle and wrote, “New beginnings. Day1. #VenkyMama” (sic).
In this video, the actress can be seen sporting short hair. By this video Raashi Khanna has leaked her Venky Mama’s look. Earlier the makers wanted to rope Rakul Preet Singh but she was replaced by Bengal Tiger Girl Raashi Khanna.
It is yet to be known whether Raashi Khanna will be pairing with Venkatesh or Naga Chaitanya.
The sources say that Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya are playing their real life roles as uncle and nephew will have mystical birth in the film and the film will revolve around the plot. At the same time, the film Venky Mama will also give some logical conclusions to some of the things we hear in the name of astrology.
According to the latest update, Venky Mama is set in the backdrop of astrology and the movie will discuss about the consequences of the astrology.
It is being directed by KS Ravindra alias Bobby and is bankrolled by by Kona Film Corporation, People Media Factory and Suresh Productions.
It has also come out that Venky Mama will be number of comedy scenes between Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh. So we have to wait and see what clarity Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya, Raashi Khanna and Payal Rajput will give about astrology and superstitions in this film Venky Mama.
Kona Venkat has penned the story of Venky Mama. The sources claimed that Venkatesh’s character is going to have a lot of humour whereas Naga Chaitanya’s character will represent the young generation in the current society.
