According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Once again, Malayalam star Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph for an upcoming drama. They have created a niche for themselves in the genre of thriller cinema. After delivering Drishyam and its sequel, they are going to come up soon together again for a thriller. Besides this project, they are also working on a commercial action movie Ram which has Trisha Krishnan as the leading lady.
Recently during the media interaction, Jeethu revealed that his project with Malayalam star is a mystery thriller. The film is expected to start rolling immediately after the lockdown restrictions are lifted, following all guidelines. The untitled venture is expected to have an official launch in few days.
Recently released Drishyam 2 had earned rave reviews from both the audiences and critics. The thriller drama was released on Amazon Prime Video, and it was also emerged as the first ever OTT blockbuster from the Mollywood.
After Drishyam, Drishyam 3 and Ram, this is the fourth time, they are going to work together.
Duo are also planning to team up for a third installment in the franchise, which is titled Drishyam 3.
On the otherside, Mohanlal has number of projects in his kitty like Barroz: Guardian of D’Gama’s Treasure, Bro Daddy and L2: Empuraan, which are in the different production stages.
