Few weeks ago, South beauty Samantha Ruth Prabhu announced a women centric movie Yashoda. It is bankrolled by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, who has produced films such as Aditya 369 and Sammohanam, under his Sridevi Movies banner.
Touted to be a new-age thriller, the movie is directed by director duo Hari and Harish. iN this film Samantha plays an author-backed role in Yashoda. Now according to the latest report, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has wrapped up the first schedule of Yashoda.
According to the producer Krishna Prasad, Samantha attained pan-India attention with The Family Man 2. In accordance with her current image, they conceived a thriller that caters to a wide section of the audience.
Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan is also the part of this film. The actor who plays the role of Gautham in the film, made his acting debut first in Tamil in Dhanush’ starrer ‘Seedan’. He also played an important role in the Anushka Shetty starrer female centric movie Bhaagamathie.
Mani Sharma and M Sukumar are on board to handle the music and the cinematography departments, respectively.
The makers of Yashoda are planning to wrap up the entire shoot by the end of March month and it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
