After, the abrogation the Article 370 and 35(A) of Jammu and Kashmir, still the air of uncertainty prevails, even though all the restrictions are removed. Now, from the latest update, Iltija Mufti, daughter of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has questioned the centre decision towards J&K by comparing the recent Modi’s meet with his mother, recently.

She asked PM Modi as, “I said to myself, Modi Sahab, there are 10-11-year-old ones who have been kidnapped, their mothers are unable to sleep in the night thinking where their children must be. You (Modi) can meet your mother, don’t we have the right to? Don’t I have the right to meet my mother? Why I had to reach out to Supreme Court Modi-ji?”

Mufti’s daughter further referred to the recent Modi’s deed of freeing butterflies during his visit to the Statue of Unity and asked him, as Modi is releasing butterflies and giving freedom to them whereas, Kashmiri’s are also humans and why don’t they deserve freedom, she asserted. Iltija further said that the average Kashmiri perceives India as the occupational force and the whole nation has mourned while Chandrayaan 2 was failed but, it failed to show a little sympathy and empathy towards the forcism being happened in Jammu and Kashmir. However, it has to wait and see how PM Modi would respond to Iltija’s questions.
