Jaanu Collections: Jaanu, the romantic movie which features Samantha Akkineni and Sharwanand in the lead roles was released on 7th February Worldwide in a grand manner. Jaanu, is an official remake of the 2018 released Tamil blockbuster 96, starring Trisha Krishan and Vijay Sethupathi. The movie Jaanu, helmed by Prem Kumar is doing decent collections at the box office. According to the traders report, Jaanu has collected Rs 6.37 crores shares at the box office of both Telugu states in five days.

Samantha and Sharwanand starrer Jaanu is produced by Dil Raju. The lead are being widely appreciated for their performances in the romantic drama. Jaanu narrates the unfulfilled love story of high school sweethearts Ramachandra and Jaanu.
Samantha Akkineni plays the titular role Jaanu, which was essayed by Trisha Krishnan in the original version. On the other hand, Sharwanand, has replaced Vijay Sethupathi in the role of Ram in the Telugu remake.
