It is known the fact that Jagan has stuck in the illegal assets cases for a quite long time. Because of this, he needs to attend in front of the CBI special court every Friday.
But, as YS Jagan is not just an opposition leader now but the Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh state, he will be busy in taking care of the administration works of the state for which he wants an exemption from CBI court.
From the latest reports, it was known that Jagan has filed a petition that seeks permission in allowing him exemption from his physical appearance in the court. It was known that the YSRCP supreme leader will be submitting the petition today before the court.
Jagan’s petition reads to discharge from the administrative duties as the CM of the state. It was also known that Jagan has asked the court to allow his lawyer at his place to appear in the court in his absence. Previously, CBI special court has exempted him from personally appearing in the court because of his election campaign reason.
